Reporting to the VP of TPA, the Director of TPA, London Markets is responsible for expanding and strengthening Alacrity’s Third-Party Administration (TPA) presence within the London Insurance Market. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in London market operations, carrier and broker relationships, and cross-border claims management. The Director will advance and promote relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Alacrity as a premier service provider for London-based syndicates, MGAs, reinsurers, and insurers seeking U.S. claims administration solutions.

The ability to be physically present in London for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities is essential to the role’s success.

- Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow Alacrity’s TPA services within Lloyd’s and the London market.
- Identify opportunities to align U.S.-based TPA services with the needs of London-based carriers, MGAs, and syndicates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, brokers, reinsurers, and claims executives in the London market.
- Act as a key point of contact for fronting carriers and capacity providers interested in expanding their U.S. operations.
- Relationship Management & Client Engagement:
- Establish Alacrity as a trusted and go-to partner for London-based insurers needing U.S. claims administration, or any other service our divisions can offer.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations to potential partners.
- Represent Alacrity at industry events and client meetings to enhance visibility.
- Regularly meet with current and prospective clients to review performance metrics, SLAs, and key account strategies.
- Operational & Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with Alacrity’s TPA leadership in the U.S. to ensure seamless integration of London market accounts.
- Guide the development of compliance and regulatory strategies for London market clients operating in the U.S.
- Stay updated on Lloyd’s compliance standards, market trends, and regulatory requirements impacting claims administration.
